You should change that dinner to lunch with margaritas. At least you can be hammered if things go south later.
Mixed a paloma while we're doing the prep work, and I'm sure it won't be my only one during the Stros. Meat marinating, pico and salsa chilling in the fridge, all we gotta do is fire up the grill around 6, make queso, mash guac, and throw the meat and veggies on...margaritas are an option during the Rox game for sure, but I highly recommend the paloma as a change of pace.
