It shouldn't concern you which side is being silenced , only that they are and the danger that presents to a free society.

That wasn’t my point, and it’s convenient that everyone above missed it. YouTube has an extremely stringent policy that not only censors but demonetizes people for the smallest things. Like it or not, as a conservative myself a lot of these channels have the tendency to not only blatantly lie, but spread misinformation and hate that fuels violence and taliban like groups

my point in saying it was far right is that the OP is one of those guys that spends the majority of his time pretending to be the victim

 

Of course , businesses and individuals aren't subject to the first amendment ....

But lets examine these social media giants a little closer - they are more akin to public utilities than simply common businesses.

They have the ability to dictate the narrative of the entire nation. Can you tell me with a straight face that's not a dangerous amount of power held by a very small minority ?

The issue is the right wing youtubers express censorship as a partisan issue where they try to pretend they are victims of liberal youtube moderators. When a left wing person like David Packman expresses his encounters with demonetization and censorship of some of his content, he frames it as a general problem with youtube algorithms rather than making it a partisan victim complex.

Tim Pool has built a steady stream of revenue out of this shtick.

Stopped telling lies and falsehoods, then they wouldn't be censored. The Far-Right complains about "Fake News" when they are the ones that generate 99% of it.
