Transformation and evolution of cultural dynamics sociology fascinates me. Back then you had to preach to the bearded ones. Today the bearded one preaches. Take another example... Last night you had Lakers players hiding their women and children from Westbrook. This was 21st century version of people scrambling to defend their families against a Mongol invasion.
There's a reason Pat Riley hand-picked Spo to be his successor, and why he would not budge on getting rid of him during Bron's first season in Miami. This Heat team is truly in the mold of Riley; gritty, experienced, hard-nosed mentality with a group of dudes who get at you for the full 48 minutes. And, as mentioned earlier, Spo plays a 9-10 man rotation, keeping their bodies fresh.
I used to like Giannis until he started saying bad things about James Harden. James took him to school in the Rockets/ Bucks game. Harden is playing way better on both ends as compared to Giannis in the playoffs too.
How is 35-36 minutes pushing the ceiling? 36 minutes for Harden is just a regular day, but for Giannis, that’s the limit? What star can’t go 40+ minutes on command when needed? Giannis gets more and more suspect by the day. phantom injury excuse coming up any moment now
I bet the Bucks really regret not leaving the bubble during the strike. They would have been called heroes. Now they are just Tyler Hero's b****.
some things from this series: 1) bud is a terrible coach, so stubborn into his rotation, he wont push the minutes of his stars 2) if Giannis dosnt learn to shoot, his ceiling is being the best number 2 ever maybe, but he cant take over when it matters , if teams packs the paint and leave him open to shoot. 3) Dragic is still a baller at 34. 4) Tyler Herro playing crunch time minutes at age 20 its super impressive. The guy even wants the ball in his hands. This guy has a great future. 5) The heat are a bad matchup for lots of teams, with their shooting and agresive play. I think after this sweep, Giannis leaves the bucks next year. I just hope he dosnt end up in Dallas, that would be scary.
