Everyone should remember every time that you: worry about your kids or spouse or yourself getting Covid; everytime you can't go to happy hour; every time you could you were afraid to go on vacation; every time your planned foreign trip was cancelled;etc. etc that the primary reason is the dumbhsit in the White House that has made us the laughing stock of the world. I had occasion to talk to a woman down in Ecuador. She has watched the international news with Trump supporters (ok there are some others) partying shoulder to shoulder without masks. She said to me : "Why aren't Americans afraid of the virus?!" I had to explain about Dear Leader and his loyal followers like Gov Abbot.
