Agreed. This incident happened in March. The man was charged with resisting arrest and 'appropriate actions' were taken after the officers were investigated by the sheriff's department.

The woman filming also says that the officers figured out that they had the wrong man and he didn't have an arrest warrant.

uhhh, no, do not “storm” any town. Sacramento is a big town and can have their own follow up. People need to stay home right now unless they’re voting, TBH. We have laws to change, people to elect.

 

And those deputies will still have jobs in law enforcement. Obviously those tactics haven't worked. Protests definitely should occur over this. It's so blatantly flagrant.

Far easier to play that then deal with truth. Over 7,600 dispatch calls regarding violent crimes, cops used weapons on less than 0.08% of them. You want a perfect police force, join the cops and show them how it's done.

If that's too hard, just stop committing violent/sexual crimes over and over again? Why isn't that something you'd say to George Floyd, the child molestor, the drunk passed out guy at the drive through ... 12% commit 60%+ of violent crime and all you want to do is ignore that and talk about police bias? Human's have the rare ability of critical thinking - Well , some of us do.

 

People frequently panic. I mean Trump himself just said the other day that LEO panic and shoot people so it makes sense that people panic when arrested. LEO certainly should have the ability to think critically also.

There are all sorts of reasons for resisting arrests besides just panic, there are people who aren't thinking right because of mental illness or under the influence, there are probably a lot of those who think they can escape, and there are people who do actually fear for their life because they don't trust LE. I think it should be a given that a certain amount of people will resist arrest but resisting arrest shouldn't automatically mean death. Especially when the suspect is already cuffed like in the George Floyd and Prude cases.

I've never panicked but have felt uneasy before when approached by LE.
