Funny. I feel the same about cheating but feel it's the only way Biden wins. At least we agree on something? Cheating is wrong.
hilarious. DHS, basically: "Russia is super stoked and totally supports the President of the United States undermining confidence in democracy in his own country"
This is just distraction and grandstanding, this type of thing will lead to voter fatigue with government as a whole. This can be done after the election.
I am sure the guy in charge of the Federal Elections Commission can be counted to be fair and impartial when it comes to the election...
"Trump restates his advice on how to vote... and he's not really saying to vote twice": https://althouse.blogspot.com/2020/09/trump-restates-his-advice-on-how-to.html
I know Ann is trying to spin this a bit...and she does this a few times here and there...but we shouldn't have to decipher what the President is saying even after he has to backtrack because he decided yesterday to be an idiot. It also didn't happen in a vacuum...as other things are being done (no intel briefings to Congress, Barr's interview last night, the constant braying that mail-in voting is fraudulant when there is no evidence that it is, etc). I don't think Trump will try (or be able) to steal the election with some nefarious plot, however, his words and actions and the actions of others around him make it seem that there is a possibility that he could. That's not a good thing and again shows how unfit he, and his handlers, are for the office.
careful out there Trump supporters... https://www.yahoo.com/news/12-old-displaying-trump-sign-163631067.html
I don't think there is anything will come of this so I don't think it's much of a distraction. Also because there is pretty much something once a week that could be criminally referred coming out of this Admin..
This is like when he was asking Dr. Birx about getting disinfectants internally. There is a mad scramble by Trump apologists to clarify what he meant..
LOL... what a ridiculously feeble effort by the doj public relations person to walk back barr's lie... trump supporters, this is what you are supporting.
perspective from 3 women who voted for Trump in 2016, and will be doing so in 2020, and 3 women who voted for Trump in 2016, and will be voting for Biden in 2020
Even that number is deceptive. Look at the third party/undecided vote in 2016. Close 20% of the electorate is either undecided or thinking about a third party. That's a crazy amount of uncertainty given that this 20% could break either way. Trump could win every undecided voter and still lose which won't happen given that polls have undecideds breaking 2 to 1 for Biden at the moment. On September 3, 2016: this was the 538 average Clinton - 42.1 Trump - 38.6 Johnson - 8.2 Undecided/Other - 11.1 On September 3, 2020, the 538 average is the following: Biden - 50.2 Trump - 42.9 Undecided/Other - 6.9
