I know kids are dumb and will make mistakes, but c’mon, this is not the way u want to go out I mean, what’s next? Light your mouth on fire and try to extinguish it by drinking water challenge? The put a pillow in front of your chest and then fall on a knife challenge?
a popular social media for ages 10 to 30 primarily for them to make dance videos also created by a Chinese company in China where the laws allow the Chinese government full access to user's information
@Jontro True, but it was spread through TikTok videos and TikTok is extremely influential to young people TikTok’s 7 Highest-Earning Stars: New Forbes List Led By Teen Queens Addison Rae And Charli D’Amelio https://www.forbes.com/sites/abramb...son-rae-and-charli-damelio-rule/#7425ae550874 A year ago, Easterling was just settling into life at LSU and making choreographed TikToks that drew on a childhood as a competitive dancer. She hit a million fans by the fall—she remembers the day exactly: October 27—and was getting recognized around campus: “My name would be called out when I was walking to class, which was pretty mind-blowing,” Easterling recalls. Younger teens at LSU football games would ask to get their picture taken with her. That fall she posted her first sponsored content posts, for Fashion Nova, an online women’s clothing store, and in December, she left school for Los Angeles to pursue celebrityhood full-time. There, she became friends with a group of TikTok stars and helped form Hype House, a content creator collective, which elevated her profile further. Business opportunities followed. At first, she got the typical deals to do her own branded merchandise and sponsored content from brands like Reebok and watch company Daniel Wellington. Altogether, these two revenue streams accounted for two thirds of her estimated earnings.
Oh Benadryl is safe if you are taking it according to the recommended dosage. The challenge was taking 12+ pills at one setting https://kfor.com/news/local/dangero...ik-tok-blamed-for-the-death-of-oklahoma-teen/ 'The challenge is to trip out, or hallucinate, after taking a dozen or more doses of the pill.' This has been going on TikTok for awhile
Oh, I wasn't trying to make that comment in relation to the story. I was just reminded that it's wild that my cousin took Benadryl every night for over 10 years for sleep. That type of usage is definitely not recommended lol.
that's not bad. if he really has allergies it works. Your body can tolerate a low dosage. If you are popping like 12 pills at once of anything you are hurting your body for sure. There are three problems here 1. who came up with this stupid challenge 2. why are people doing it without even thinking ? 3. TikTok is a popular medium for this age group, can you imagine if a popular kid told other kids to drink gasoline or rat poison ? they are basically cult leaders now
Actually long term Benadryl usage could have damaging effects to your brain as well, although when I looked into it it wasn’t clear to me if it was due to the drug itself or just the underlying sleep issues with the individual. Regardless I had my family stop taking it for help with sleep.
