The problem here is you are creating a strawman of what mask regulations are to go with this narrative.

 

My man @CallMeTheDream who is both in barber school, and works at a barbershop cuts men's hair here in Houston, all indoor. Last time I talked about it with him he told me the clients do not wear masks.

Now personally, my hair is long l like Jesus now, and I wouldn't touch a barbershop with a 10ft pole. I personally don't understand why salons or barbers are open right now, that being said, my friend says he can't cut the hair with the mask on.

This is my first time hearing about outdoor barbers, if there's any way for it to be done, that sounds like the best way. Someone should invent a mask on a stick, a toilet plunger-type shape if you will, for people to hold the mask to their face while getting cut IMO. Then the barbers should have a bucket of bleach to throw their clips into between customers.
