Harden is a great player that needs to operate in an iso-style offense.
CP3 is a great player that needs to orchestrate a ball movement offense.

The two were simply not a good fit together. If you got the best of Harden, you'd get a lesser CP3 and vice-versa. It's why CP3 was b****ing about the offense at the end of last year. They are both successful now because they both are in offenses designed around their strengths. Westbrook is better suited for the Rockets right now because he can simply take turns with Harden and provide a different look in the same iso-style offense.

what in the world are you talking about. not a good fit together? yet the rockets experienced the two best years of the rockets era since the 90s.

you know what his different look is. dumb turnovers and still that same broke jumpshot. or whatever you want to call it. and harden is at his mercy. but hey BFFs forever

harden won't find a better pairing than cp3 for the rest of his career.

Yes. I think our problem is Eric Gordon silly 3 rather than cp3

    Yea, that doesn't make sense.

They were an outstanding fit together. Thats why we won 65 games.

What we really should done was kept Lou wills and trade Eric Gordon instead for the CP3 deal.

CP3 consistently isolated RoCo to end that game and put us to bed.

The only problem with CP3 last year was he was coming off injury and couldn’t play up to his usual level and from the sound of things was also annoying.

Westbrook is best suited to losing. He always always always makes the wrong decision in close games. Always. And most Rockets fans know this and are living in denial. Rockets would’ve won tonight if Westbrook had simply sat out. Hopefully, Rockets can figure out a way to unload him in offseason. Maybe he could join the shitshow in Philly.

Harden should shoot all those important ball like cp3. Why give it to westbrooks and pass it to roco, both players are not in form. He should do MVP things

I'm confused. Without Capella, the roll threat in this team is pretty much non-existent.

CP3 b****ed about Harden because Harden slow walked a lot in crucial game stretches where CP3 wanted to pick up the pace.

Also Harden and CP3 produced arguably the best Rocket season of all time in 2018. Definitely at the very least the second best Rocket team of all time.

healthy Westbrook is better. He just isn't healthy because Keith Jones decides if he can play or no and we know how that works out for most

He'd still be walking with a limp and eating brisket sandwiches and barbacoa tacos every day if he were in Houston.

Agree. With backcourt of Harden & CP + Capela, we would take down the chip this year w/o any problem.

I would have still traded clint for roco and see if we could have gotten noel for cheap.

Westbrook is "healthier and more athletic" but Chris Paul is by far the smarter player. You always take the smarter player.

There is a reason why the Thunder are one of the best clutch teams this season.

Obviously Harden is the more talented player between him and CP3, but man do I wish Harden had CP3's saviness and leadership abilities.

A decent fit but those 2 egos were not meshing.

And yeah Chris Paul is 3x the competitor Harden is in the last 2 minutes.

Harden can rarely come back from his laid back attitude.

    Again, sometimes it's just height....

If CP3 were 6'5 it is probably over.
