The media is tearing this country apart. Media representing both sides. The right media acts as if the left all want a socialist society and the left media acts as if the right are a bunch of white supremecists. They have been spewing hatred and stereotypes for years now and it just makes me sad. Carry on fighting.
I would say the prevelance of white nationalists is far more common than "communists" in America given my history of being in a right wing bubble (Marine infantry) and attending a very obviously left leaning school/college town. The amount of Americans that want to total elimination of private property is miniscule compared to the amount of Americans that believe a perfect America is a ethnicly white America.
You are underestimating the journalistic tradition in the US. The "mainstream media" is the most factual trustworthy information source we have. For one thing they have editors that care about liability, a serious factor for sources without deep pockets. And not a concern for media with deep pockets. But, you can tell real media sources from propaganda because 1. real media doesn't advocate outside of labeled 'opinion pieces' and 2. the information is peer reviewed, vetted and open to challenge.

You do realize there are racist blacks, whites, Mexicans, Asians, Indians, and so on right? It’s not just white people like you keep spewing out constantly. Every race has racist people in them. Some Middle Easterners hate white people and want to blow up America for example. Take a moment and think about it. You kinda come off as a racist to white people and/or an Antifa supporter. All of which is a little concerning for anybody of any race or background. Let me ask you this, do you strictly support Antifa or Black Lives Matter? Or would you consider yourself an All Lives Matter person?
Interested in finding 'real media'. At first I thought the post was naive, but then the thought turned to hope. I'm hoping you can point us to an unbiased journalist or media source because that's exactly what America needs. The MSM has proven that they push an agenda. Factor in that they are owned by a handful of people who most would consider the 1%, then it's something we may want to pay attention to, IMO. There should more outrage at the censorship that goes on, but if it was the left being censored, I'm not positive that I'd be upset. I'd like to think I would but I would most likely acknowledge or ignore that it's going on. Human nature I guess.
One exists to counter the other. If white supremacy and fascism didn't exist then neither would Antifa or BLM. Bernie Sanders is far left. Actual socialists are far left. A blended economy of capitalism and socialism isn't far left.
You are describing the European Union, which still includes the UK. An area with a population of 445,000,000 people, at least one hundred million more than the United States. The EU has handled COVID-19 vastly better than our own country has, thanks to Mr trump. They have suffered a fraction of the deaths and the cases that we have suffered. trump has been a disaster. Meanwhile, his deluded followers search for “enemies” to blame for trump’s failures. It is madness.
Hopefully the usual suspects will realize this some day, but probably not until Fox and Friends come around.

Must strongly disagree. Even if I tell you all facts, that doesn't mean I am telling you the truth. For example, imagine a real estate agent and some clients. They visit a house. The agent says 100 true things about the house. The clients say "We'll buy it!" Well, they don't know the truth about the house. There was a murder in the basement! But the agent forgot to mention it. Those talking heads you see? They have 9 to 5 jobs. They go to work and act as megaphones: "The White House said this today." What they don't say is: "The White House didn't say this today." Second point: just coz something is true, doesn't make it important. If I keep saying "Ivanka has big t***" a million times, it might be true, but who cares?
May wanna take those numbers with a grain of salt. CDC reported on 8/26 that only 6% of the US deaths have been a direct result of COVID. "For 6% of the deaths, COVID-19 was the only cause mentioned. For deaths with conditions or causes in addition to COVID-19, on average, there were 2.6 additional conditions or causes per death. The number of deaths with each condition or cause is shown for all deaths and by age groups." I guess nobody's heard about this since this wasn't reported on MSM.
