Joe Biden makes a statement on the violence in Portland

We have to be careful about getting caught up in semantics. While cities are not literally burning down, there is definitely an air of uncertainty. In Seattle, the rioting was not limited to CHAZ/CHOP. It happened through out the region. Some areas look closer to pre-hurricane Houston with boarded up windows. Many of the jewelry stores and wireless stores all have boarded up windows. This is my observation while being here the last couple weeks.

What I am consistently being told is these are not locals but instead well organized groups of agitators terrorizing everyone, including the locals.

It's ironic that you seem to be more focused on Biden's poll numbers and speech vs the fact that Trump is the president, not Biden, and the situation across America is worsening as Trump supporters clash with the left with encouragement from Trump.

Perhaps polling institutions should be slanting their efforts towards the way our Constitution dictates how we elect leaders instead of other wishful measures.

 

What is it that you think needs to be done? What is it that the Democratic mayors are afraid to do? Why did they wait until now to unleash this in their cities since you claim that they might want it?

 

You obviously didn't read what Biden's statement said. Geez.

 

Not really. You aren't there and have no idea. Portland has had Democratic mayors many times before, and yet it is only now under Trump's administration that we see this kind of violence.

 

Here's why after months of promoting the riots the dems (also the ones on this board) have changed their tune. None of these people actually give a **** about the damage and beatings and murders.
