Reaction YouTube videos to old 70s / 80s / 90s song videos also posted on YouTube as they are being watched. The reactions by the one(s) shooting themselves is mostly just fluff. But, strangely, it’s still kind of interesting to watch people who haven’t listened to a band you like to see if they “get it” or not. Some examples I watch are from kids known as “Three Years Apart” whose Dad gives them songs to react to. Also, hip hop black dudes reacting to Rush’s “Tom Sawyer and Neil Peart’s drum solos. Albeit I can’t ever recall seeing a black person at a Rush concert, they do tend to get Rush when they see and hear them. They just previously lacked the exposure. It’s still all overrated but these types of videos are all over YouTube and tons of people are watching them.
Popped up on Reddit. "Steve Jobs never coded for Apple. According to Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, he didn't do any original design and one of Apple's earliest employees also stated that Woz was the inventor while Jobs was the marketing person." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steve_Jobs#Innovations_and_designs
Buying online.. How are you guys buying literally anything? I went to the mall and saw a thrasher hoodie my daughter likes. I thought thrasher was a skate magazine. Now I guess there are clothes. So I went online and got it seemingly from a normal place and they send it and it was someone that printed it up himself. Apparently "fake" Since then the hassle of returning it. Seemingly any t-shirt is fake. I was looking at a website in uk and saw a jersey sweater for team I like ..bought and it's a gildan sweater from Michael's. I don't mind and will keep it due to hassle but does anybody make real **** anymore? This seems like a huge problem
When a celebrity publishes children book(s) and its their only literary work. (and that celeb didn't do the illustrations.) Now that celebrity is introduced as 'author'.
Disney World/Disney Land -- Definitely The Transformers Movies (Michael Bay) - I don't get it, outside of the first one. They are fairly terrible films, beyond silly and incoherent. Tabloids - As much animus as people have for social media, there are positive aspects to social media, such as bring loved ones or family members closer together, even at great distances a part. You can join fan, hobby, and social forums to share and exchange ideas. People can often speak freely about rather serious topics and issues. Social media can actually help save people's lives, during disaster, crisis, or intervention. There's no kind of charge to rid the world of tabloids, which is about the most useless piece of media in mankind. 80s Cartoon/Children shows (in general) - Were there great cartoons in the 80s, yes. Some of the best ever, very much so. Culturally relevant, yes. Were all of them great? Absolutely not, most of them ranged from mediocre to out right unwatchable. Half of them were commercials from some below average and uninspired toy-line. Or, they'd just be WTF...in a bad way. I still love a great number of them, but they were not all great and far from it. Weddings -- Only works, if you actually love the person. Do you really need it to be that expensive...going into debt or bringing people in who you may not be on good terms with? If this is 2nd or more wedding with different people. *Cringe*
