Tucker is going to LOVE Triples Alley in SF, whenever he gets to play there. Edit: Pretty sure our 3-game set vs the Giants is over there next year!
At least Springer helped open up the rally with a hit, and has looked good at times. Before his injury in Arizona he was heating up. I think Springer can still turn things around this year. But man, Altuve, just looks plain LOST. I know last year he had a rough stretch shortly after the start but this is nothing like that one was. It just makes me sad seeing him that bad.
So you're saying he's decided to not drill the ball on the ground, into the shift, all the time? "Elevate to Celebrate" says Blummer....
I think both these guys can turn it around. But I would like to see guys that ARE hitting get more AB's virtue of being higher in the BO until they do..
just checking in on the box-score . wow Tucker is absolutely on fire right now I like grienke and mccullers in 7 inning games more than i do in 9 haha
He's still hitting it into the shift. He's just cut down strike outs almost to nothing except when ump has to help pitcher out and turned those extra ABs to extra base hits.
I too like to play ping pong with the ****ing foul pole. I would maybe trade lots of players for Chapman.
