Sorry Libs, the GOP Convention Had Better Viewership Than the Democrat Convention Across television and online streaming, the Republican National Convention got 147.9 million total viewers from Monday through Thursday, while Democratic National Convention got 122 million total viewers, according to figures released by both campaigns. Now, I’m not a math genius, but I’m pretty sure 147.9 million is bigger than 122 million. The Trump campaign also raised $76 million during its convention, compared to the $70 million the Biden campaign raised during its convention.
That 7% vs 16% (2020 vs 2016) for someone else, don’t know, no opinion and 50% vs 40% (Biden vs Clinton) is why Trump is in a big hole. But there is still time to rig the election, so. He still has a 30% according to 538.
Much like FAUX, white supremacist fascist have a loyal demographic that need to be fed the lying ramblings of their Dear Leader to maintain their idea of superiority. But really, who watches a convention? Highlights yeah but only a cult sycophant would be compelled to watch a whole convention. The ones hooked on that visceral hormone reaction to hate.
Yes, it's one thing to be down 6 points with 3 minutes left against the 2020 Houston Rockets, it is another to be down 6 points against the mid-1990s NY Knicks. Pace of play matters.
That republicans have more money to donate to a campaign doesn't surprise me... but the convention television viewership has been reported a few times... don't know if I would care if trump's campaign released some numbers based on something as inconsistently measured as "online viewership"...
As a moderate these sorts of advertisements doesn't work after so much pointing fingers. We want to hear the actual substance. What's he going to do for minorities? Is he going to further expand on criminal justice reform? How will he tackle student debt relief if he gets a Republican Senate? What's his plan with tackling the wage gap as the federal reserve is focusing on inflating the dollar which hurts the minorities most. We are about to go through the most critical 10 years in American history. Between the federal reserve and Congress, we have printed over 66% of the total GDP. There has never been a time in history where this much liquidity has been injected into the financial system. That money is going to flow into the top 1% and wage dispensaries are going to grow to massive levels as automation and unemployment levels remain stagnant. With the federal reserve already stating they will not raise interest rates for 10 years (which means they have to continue QE to keep the bubble afloat) the equity market will only go up as investors have nowhere to invest their money because bonds are so low. The middle class and will be gone within 4-8 years as COVID has accelerated tech trends by a decade. The average Democrat has no idea the real nightmares ahead of them in the next 10 years. The average American purchasing power will be dissolved in the next decade and we have bigger issues to worry about then pointing fingers at Trump.
