I see color? What the hell are you smoking? Suspect had a knife on him. The last thing you do, is get even closer. That makes absolutely zero sense. You are outraged because he is black period. If this happened to any other race, we wouldn’t be talking about this. This is a racial/political for a large majority. The cops did nothing wrong here. That’s why they won’t spend a day in jail and you are here defending a guy who put his own kids at risk by going to that car. You are also defending a guy who was under warrant for messing around with a 14 year old girl. If the court system does the correct thing, Blake will
be off to prison and one less predator will be in the community.

That’s a great look for you and all the above defending him. I hope you don’t have kids. A humanitarian would have no issue with this, but you just care that the guy is black at the end of the day. That’s all that matters.

It's better than nothing but it is naive to believe that boycotting is the common way to go now.

Just because this will reach some politicians indirectly, doesn't mean things get done now.

    Change takes years, months...

Bball was on a tight schedule.

I hope they figure something out.

I hate to but I gotta agree with this. Boycotting games is one thing but how much are these players really willing to put on the line is what's really going to make this real. At the same time it's strategy to affect change. The right strategy will work but if this is really a boycott to get back home and chill in luxury then bs is what it will be.

I just wrote that I'd rather get fired than risk the scenario that just happened. You can do all the right things as a cop, and reason with others that they weren't trying to murder him, they were only trying to arrest him.

None of it matters, they're going to get attempted murder with intent to kill. They will go to prison for years which will be a terrible time. Then when they're done, their lives will not be the same as they've been convicted of a felony.

Yeah, getting fired is the right call here.

Back to bb, if games resume next week, I would think that Westbrook's quad should be fully healed, if it was indeed a 1st grade quad strain.

If Russ is still not able to play after being off for nearly 3 weeks by next week, fire the trainer and the medical personnel cause the quad injury is more severe than diagnosed.

I'm optimist so let's us hope...

He was dressed to play yesterday when he met up with Chris Paul.

I expect the games to resume tomorrow and Russ will play.

My friend. That's already happening. Except for Harden, House, we are shooting like blind people, especially in the 4th quarter

That's the dumbest thing in the world to say the right thing happened here.

The worst possible scenario happened here. The cops responded, did what they thought was necessary, but got recorded on camera, and now they're gonna end up going to prison for 5 years for attempted murder with intent to kill. That one cop will have a ridiculously tough time with the rest of his life now. He's gonna go to prison locked up w/ inmates who hate him to the core. He'll probably lose his family and all his stuff, and he'll be out on his ass unable to find a job because of the felony on his record.

That's just what happened to the COPS. We're not even talking about the riots, the multiple people killed there, and the freaking businesses that got lit up on fire again in multiple cities. Not to mention, NBA playoffs about to be cancelled.

Yeah, if you're a cop, stop responding, stay at home. If you're white and the perp is black, run the **** away. If you get fired, so what? Find another job and explain the situation amicably. The other choice, confronting the black person in the worst case scenario, you're going to ruin your whole life, including maybe your family's because of social media.

So what did the comps do to the man who shot the protestors. Oh yea nothing they didn’t shoot him when he had a gun. He didn’t listen to orders even when he pointed that he had shot 3 people. So yes cops do see color. I’m not outraged because he is black. I’m outraged because he is a human being and not every person is treated fairly or the same way. How many people have been shot just because cops were fearful or say they fear for their safety. Yet you see the same or worst events where a white person has shot multiple persons and the cops don’t kill them. They get arrested. Only reason those white shooters have died is because they have killer themselves not because cops killed them.
When someone commits a crime they should get detained and get process. Yet a lot of black and brown people get shot first and calls answer questions later. That’s the problem
The last resort for a cop should be shooting someone. They have other ways to detainee a person. If you don’t see what’s wrong with that then I feel sorry for you. You really are pathetic.

there was a knife IN THE CAR .. people like you spread disinformation and contribute to the problems. You make a blanket statement to protect crooked officers and paint a picture of a man wielding a knife at law enforcement which is NOT TRUE and easy to see in the video. Why do you make up stories?? Do a quick google on your claim and see how wrong you really are for that.

what about the white boy who shot the two protesters and was treated LIKE A KING by the police .. oh thats right poor guy was being picked on so he shot the people in self defense right?

SMH. I hope that asteroid in November wipes us all out - we deserve it.
