With law enforcement allowing Vanilla Isis to roam the streets and assist them/ kill protesters I don't believe the message being preached has truly resonated with them yet -- boycotting the remainder of the season is about the most powerful move NBA players could responsibly make. Lakers and clippers are just trying gain some leverage with the owners by threatening to walkout. They will come to an understanding where the owners will agree to some conditions and then the season will restart
