    Haha...why stop at a game or two. Why not shut it down permanently? I mean, if they're all about social justice, should that be what they focus on, going forward?

    With law enforcement allowing Vanilla Isis to roam the streets and assist them/ kill protesters I don't believe the message being preached has truly resonated with them yet -- boycotting the remainder of the season is about the most powerful move NBA players could responsibly make. The season is hanging by a thread and may already be over for all practical purposes.

    This was a worse season than 2015-2016 for the Rockets. Glad to see it over.

    so we have 4 of the top rated teams against resuming playoffs. Even though it only takes 1 team or Lebron to end this. nonetheless not looking good. that board of governors meeting is going to be vital tomorrow

    This. I mean who in a position to change things will even give a **** that the NBA isn't on? Yes it may push the people to demand more but as you mention in general the NBA fanbase already does this.

    Lakers and clippers are just trying gain some leverage with the owners by threatening to walkout.


    They will come to an understanding where the owners will agree to some conditions and then the season will restart
