    Am I wrong?

Harden in the 4th quarter last game. 35 ft 3 pointer miss. 28 ft step back 3 miss. 27 ft 3 pointer miss. He shoots 35% from 3 on the season. That’s below the league average. Shooting a contested step back 3 pointer from 4 ft behind the 3pt line is a very low % shot for even a prolific shooter. Those are the shots opponents WANT Harden to take. Don’t get upset at me for Harden’s shot selection.

Umm dude, he shot 40% from 3 last night, yea the shot selection wasnt great in the 4th but you are ignoring that we let the Thunder score that many points, it was the defense not the offense that really let us down last night. And also Harden during this season shot 37% on step backs btw. Harden also takes ALOT of 3s, he takes so many 3s that his volume at 35% is actually really good for the amount he takes, it's efficient. Why do you think we are one of the most efficient offensive teams in the league? You are worried about the offense(namely Harden) when he has been a positive player every time he's on the court this series and the stats reflect that. If you really want to look at shot selection, look at Eric Gordon who's shooting a putrid 46 TS% for this series. But know..it's all blame Harden...you are just so lazer focused on him that you don't even look at the bigger problems.

Regular seasons over. Every year we finish as one of the most efficient teams and when the playoffs roll around our efficiency takes a dive.

I’ve called out Ego numerous times and I’ve called out Covington as well. I gave major props to JG and House. I call it the way I see it. The thing is those guys are side dishes. When you’re not only supposed to be the best player on the floor but the supposed MVP and the greatest offensive player of all time the limelight will be on that guy. Always. Good or bad. If he could’ve imposed his will like a true Superstar and closed out either game 3 or 4 we wouldn’t even be having this discussion.

What's funny is that this is one of his most efficient series, same with last year. I dont know what you are even talking about right now.

There arent any dudes who win on their own though? Can you name me a player where a dude without his second best player won a championship. The problem is you are asking something of the guy only like two player's in NBA history have ever accomplished, because the fact is Westbrook isnt here and we are statistically winning the minutes Harden is on the court. That's factual. And how come you have yet to talk about the defense?

And as far as Game 3 goes, you can blame Dantoni and Gordon for that(even Tucker) for that stupid inbounds play.

Do you understand Harden makes it difficult for things like inbound plays in late game situations when he just stands around? It gives one less option for the inbound passer and the defense's job is easier when the main star is just standing where it's easier to deny them the ball.

Dude thats so easily on Dantoni its not even funny, sure Harden could have worked harder to get open, but Dantoni should have called timeout. Tucker shoudnt have thrown it out of bounds wihthout even looking. And EG shoulndt have tried to draw a foul to get open(even though he was fouled per the NBA). Priorities.

I’d settle for a 28 footer! It’s better than the 30 footers being tossed up

Does Jimmy shut the haters and doubters (me) up for good this time on his BIRTHDAY??? Does he play out of his mind tonight and Friday to close the series, get his buddy back in round 2, and make a serious championship run for Clutch City?

    ......probably not.

I'll eat crow if he does, but the fact that the media is already talking about coaching changes (Lue) and GM changes mid series, shows we're doomed.

CP3 smells blood in the water too btw....

Gotta look at the stats on a game by game basis! As I have been saying keep the turnovers at 10 or less and we win.
Harden only +2 but not a negative. (32/8/15) Only negative was 6 TO.
He has been a plus in every game except game 2 (-1) but zero turnovers in that game.
Apologies to however said it earlier, but Harden has had solid playoff so far this year.

With the exception of CP3 (+3) the entire OKC starting lineup was an average -5.5
You also do not expect Bazley and Noel to be +9 every game.

Here is the cliche', "we need to play 4 quarters". It doesn't have to be perfect but just grind to the end.

What are you haters looking for?

Not a hater by any means. Just calling it as I see it. We always get caught up in these stats. Yes, you look at the stat sheet and see JH with 32/8/15, helluva game right? But if you actually watch the game, you're left shaking your head. Superstars show up when you need them the most. Watch the end of both L's and you'll understand why many (me included) are so frustrated with James, and why the "haters" say what they say about him.

    LOL

Back up your ignorant takes with data. Support what you say, very simple.

But you and your ilk are incapable of talking basketball.

You have no ability whatsover to discern between fake narratives and what is actually happening.

Why even follow a team that you hate?

Neither Harden nor Morey are going anywhere.

Your call outs are hilariously bad takes.

    LOL

Your Scrubinton thread completely missed the mark and you could not or would not accept that RoCo was a +7 on the court.

You just kept doubling down on your absurd take.

No one is saying we are happy being 2-2 but many predicted this series would go 6 or 7 games anyway.

In any event, you are simply unable to admit or too ignorant to understand when your hot takes were dead wrong.

What surprises me is your glee when Rockets do poorly, is it because your agenda is more important that the team's success?

Join date does not make you more or less knowledgeable about basketball.

Your inability in this area does not take years of observation to confirm.

I'm sorry dude but I've seen you attack and insult other posters significanltly more than having basketball conversations.

You would probably banned in other type of forums or subreddits with the sheer amount of personal attacks you and people like caprah throw daily just because of a difference in opinion. You have some serious issues dude.

Honestly I'm just going to report you and not engage with posters like you anymore when you engage in this type of behavior. You act like a petulant child when someone has a differing view point about a basketball player and it's pretty damn sad because I know there is a real human behind the username D-Rock. Get help dude and gain god damn self-awareness.

Totally get that. When watching it makes you sick when it is tight and James is not carrying the team. You and Max K wanna see him take over a games at the end and secure wins.

We all want that for him as a player but if Ego, Roco, House, BMc step up and knock down some clutch shots we don't have to rely on that. I wanna see the team carry us to wins and having stars like James and Russ is just a bonus.

For me personally, I would rather play like Toronto which has fringe stars but executes the game plan really well but I totally see your POV!
