Clarkson would easily be the second best player on the rockets right now without Westbrook playing. He’s not nothin special but thats what I mean when I said we need more skilled players. He’s skilled. He can punpfake and actually drive to the basket with conviction.

we seen that drive by Roco yesterday that resulted in a air ball. He’s too tall to be air balling layups. That’s just a lack of skills

This is BS. The series is 2-2 because The Rockets do not adjust. They continue to roll out the same plays, tactics, game plan etc. OKC on the other hand has adjusted and done it well. They don’t panic in crunch time like The Rockets do. They deserve to be tied right now. I don’t see the NBA trying to “extend “ the Blazers, Nuggets, Sixers, Pacers, Bucks series? If there was an incentive for having longer series they would have done it across the board. Houston is what they are a middle of the pack playoff team.

 

Yea I mean why would you be? I was hoping our vets would give us an advantage over the youth of OKC, but CP3 seems to have them confident under pressure (like they were all year), and our guys look . . . old. Which they are. I got a sinking feeling on those inbound plays. We've seen this before, many times. Hopefully we can make some adjustments, and get some variance luck with a role player catching fire. We could even get a blowout victory if that happens.

 

chill man I never said that was the only reason it's 2-2. And your single reason isn't the entire story either, with complex things like the course of a series it's never just one thing. You are right about the lack of tactical adjustments. Don't totally agree on the panicking thing, you are talking about guys like Danuel House who don't have major playoff experience and aren't supposed to be depended on to close out a game. For Harden it was quite simply a combination of foolishly trusting his teammates when some were clearly choking along with the fatigue from being the sole dependable source of offense for the team the entire game.

Regarding officiating I don't know how long you've been watching the NBA but if you don't believe they do this you are naive... especially with the financial impact of no fans and subpar ratings they are absolutely looking at hyped matchups like houston vs OKC to generate extra revenue
