We need harden to show up like never before over the next 2 games. He’s played great so far but we need him to be the mvp we know he is. We need to come out and leave no doubt who the better team is.

We can't give up playing great defense.

And them other guys gotta step up and relieve the pressure on the offensive side of the court. If you're not hitting 3s, put that extra work in to at least fake a drive before you hot potato the ball.

Also, on the drive, when they throw that help defense, allow someone else to bee-line down the lane as well. Stop making the offense so damn predictive.

At the end of the day, nothing matters if you find confidence on the 3 pt line. It's the ****ing bubble and we're better than OKC. Get the **** right between your ears.

 

If Donovan Mitchell can drop consecutive 50 point games in the playoffs no way Harden can't do the same. He needs to nut up and will this team like Luka is right now

 

Time for Harden to step up his game like a true MVP.

Rockets can beat OKC without Westbrook.

Refuse to play? Harden is a baller. He probably thinks he can go 48 minutes. Now, how effective will Harden be for last 5 of the 48 minutes? The burden is on a head coach to spread PT around so that his players are not run into the ground, something that MDA is not known for.

 

**** everything about this. From the goddamned Westbrook injury to the idiotic play from pretty much every player on the team the last two games to MDA's shitty rotations to close out the game to the GLARING discrepancy in free throws. **** this. JUST ****ING WIN.

 

I don't think the Rockets will lose 3 straight to the Thunder. I expect a good showing. Harden will be sharp, 40+ points, and a big game from one of the other guys.

 

I wish I could be positive about it at this moment. But in pressure situations, I'm really not comfortable with our team as a whole.

The Rockets need to do the unexpected, especially in "winning time", by driving inside, instead of shooting lower percentage 3s. OKC will have their 3 midgets to close the game. Lanes will be open.

 

i suspect harden was kicking out after his drives last game b/c tony brothers is notoriously whistle happy to call charges in the paint (especially on james)

 

I think it was quite clear that there was an effort to extend the series. The money matchup round 2 is hou vs LA, I strongly believe that we will get a favorable whistle. Also tomorrow is Harden’s birthday lol
