Harden's defensive style will naturally attract a lot of foul calls as he mostly defends with his hands and body strength.

just another one of those coincidental 10 free throw games for the rockets. 6 obvious ft's on 3's in the first quarter, then 4 for the rest of the game. now they're just seeing how ridiculous they can make it.

Because more physicality is allowed in the playoffs and flopping doesn't work. Furthermore Rockets took a ton of 3s and settled for jumpers and have no one to attack the paint courageously.

28 to 10 disparity is basically the game in a 3 point loss

You need to look at the fouls per drive numbers. If you shoot a lot of 3s and don't drive, you don't get a lot of fouls.

Today's game is an interesting example. We shot almost 40% from 3 and still lost, because we didn't get to the FT line.

If you look at the box scores. the Rockets had 6 players in double figures...EG-23, House 21, Harden 32. OKC had 4 players in double figures. The big difference was free throws...Rockets 9/10 and OKC 22/28. On the floor, the Rockets outscored OKC 105-95.

It's rigged ! Time for Morey and the rockets to do another book report about the refs! Whine err I mean lodge a complaint with the league again! It was so we'll received and applauded by everyone last time. Wasn't viewed as a joke or pitiful by the rest of the league, nope not at all!

OKC only allowed 19.6 opponent FTA in the regular season. This is one reason why I was worried about this matchup.

OKC doesn't foul much and they don't turn the ball over. And we have zero guys who can guard quick ballhandlers - and OKC has 2.

Them allowing the 3rd fewest opponent FTA all season was just part of an anti-Houston conspiracy.

harden shot 5 FT's tonite. his last drive into the paint he ended up on his ass in the middle of 3 okc players. a made 3pt goal was erased on faux traveling call. etc etc etc etc etc

10 FTA was our season low

this was a rigged game no matter how poorly we played at the end

That travel call was bad, but I didn't notice any conspiracy. I just noticed a gassed Harden at the end with role-players clanking shots.

In general in life, it's the losers who always blame others for their own shortcomings.

But yeah maybe there is a huge pro-OKC and/or anti-Houston conspiracy. Maybe those missed shots at the end were due to the players being drugged by an agent of the NBA. It's possible.
