Her statement about this talks about her kids doing school remotely. Apparently Barron Trump’s school is also doing remote. All while the Republicans rush to force schools to open in-person.
Saw that their 15 year old daughter is pushing for emancipation and she's previously been very negative about Trump. Sounds like Kellyanne might need to patch up things too with her daughter and both parents realize that their political spat is tearing apart their family. Obviously not a fan of Kellyanne Conway but hope things work out for her and her family.
Credit to Conway and her husband for stepping aside and doing what is right.... trying to fix their family issues.

I am not in the house so it is tough for me to know, although I will agree with you as the same thought crossed my mind. I would only say that a lot of parents in the position the Conway's are in would not give up their careers. So at a minimum they both care about their daughter if they are willing to make such sacrifices even if it is late...... Having said that, your point is valid, they likely missed or overlooked a lot of red flags. I cannot imagine that the daughter is getting the type of family attention or time she needs to develop well.
Not sure I believe it right before the election -- they have plenty of resources for tutors/ private pod classes. I guess we will know for sure if they decide a reality show is the best move to bring their family together.
This is one of the problems with how bitter our political debates get that we sometimes forget that there are real people and families on the other side. Also to respond to Master Baiter, both Kellyanne and George are ambitious and driven people. It's not unusual that those type of power couples often don't give their kids as much attention as they do. A lot of not so successful couples do.
I don’t know Kellyanne personally but she plays the heel as well as anyone. It’s difficult for me to believe that she isn’t a steaming pile of **** in real life and if her daughter’s very public cries for help are any indication, I’m likely not far off. Perhaps this is the wake up call that they need to get perspective and, if so, good for them. Personally, I think that the rats are starting to jump from the sinking ship and that this is a convenient excuse.
I don't know the Conways personally and I doubt anyone here does. You might be right that this is just a convenient excuse to get out of the Admin as it's sinking but it does sound like there are some legitimate issues in that family.
Mr. Kellyanne Conway is also stepping away from the Lincoln Project. I predict we won't hear much about that.
The adolescent does not agree with her dad's politics either. Hopefully they can patch everything up. Having two parents that care is awesome.
