Waiting for @what to double down on the ridiculous take of how Conley has no heart. If no heart means leaving your newborn behind to come back and be the leading scorer for your team in a pivotal game 3 in the playoffs, then more NBA players should have no heart, more often.
Mike is back. I love Mike. I still don't think he should have left, but Mike, believe it or not, is my favorite player of all time. Including Hakeem who I watched his entire career. I had an emotional response to Mike leaving the bubble, but we will see if he keeps it up or defers like he normally does. He and gasol both usually don't try to take over games.
So, your favorite player of all time left the bubble for 2 games to witness the birth of his child and you call him out for having no heart? He's supposed to be your favorite player of all time, and you can't even give him a pass for that? If he's your idol, I can't imagine how you feel about players you actually dislike.
