Sorry JVG, but all these SJW jerseys are action-less. LeBron and these dudes have no spines. Hong Kong remembers. Xinjiang remembers.

Lakers with tons of rest while Blazers work their tails off, play more games and lose players in the process.

3 more 3 point fouls for lillard. on the same things harden invented like 4 years ago and the nba shut down like 2 years ago. now i'm watching lillard, luka, and lebron fling up 3's on minimum contact and get 3 ft's. harden tried it today and they didn't even give the sideout foul. just watched the airball and said no calls today.

also, i didn't watch the 4th so i don't know what he did, but this game is a perfect encapsulation of why carmelo was never great. in his moment of glory, hitting every shot he can hit, getting praise from everyone tonight, he went 9/20 with 20 points. obviously this isn't prime melo, but it always was and always will be tough to win with someone whose entire game is contested mid-range jumpers because that's what you end up with. 9/20 with 20 points. of course there's also the lack of running an offense and the bad defense he brought to the table.

more like lebron will make sure. this is easily the best he has looked since the restart. he's got the bounce in his step and that look like he just sees everything on the court and staying two steps ahead. no surprise as lebron goes the rest the team picks up their energy and suddenly they can make shots.

i swear lebron in the gold jersey's looks heavier and somehow plays heavier. he looked much quicker and more agile today.

Thing is, Blazers are deeper but...

Lakers superstars are better than the Blazers superstars. No way Lebron lets this team lose in the first and now that he's awake after that first punch I would not be surprised if the Blazers have won their only game in this series.

This is not really fair. Melo started the game 0/7 and in that 3rd quarter he went 6/6 for 13 points. Don't forget that melo came to the nba in 2003, the game was different. It was still ruled by a lot of mid range shooters, like Duncan, KG and the newer generations where no different. Around 2010-2012 the league shifted heavily into 3 point shooting and now his game looks completely obsolete, but there's a reason the guy is a top 15 all time scorer and its not just because he shot a lot of mid-range jumpers only.
This Carmelo is completely washed up, he has moments, like the 3rd quarter, but that's it. He was never a good defender or passer. During his better years i think you could win a winner if you had the rights pieces around him and if he agreed to play more power forward.

Anyway, enough about carmelo, this is about the refs, they are not going to let the lakers loose. The amount of phantom calls that where called on the blazers was amazing.

extra side note: Since the restart, its the first time Nurkic had looked absolutely terrible. I think he may be really tired, but he wasn't aggressive at all and his "attacks" to the basket where very soft, with some awful hooks and floaters.

24 more FTs for the Lakers.

    Just a coincidence, right?

This is what awaits the Rockets if they can get their act together against dirty, cagey CP3 and the Dork.

Y’all will understand it in the 2nd round. Dame is hurt... next round it will be something else. The league has to get Lebron caught up to Kobe and Magic in regards to championships then eventually hand things off to Giannis. Lebron is great at how he plays... never saw him as an aggressive closer that wills his team in the clutch consistently but more than anything he is the brand and the one the NBA has chosen to uplift.
