refs dont make you miss 3s and free throws and inbounds passes and leave SGA wide open for the game saving 3 to triple team Paul at the basket (ahem, House). Refs were %$&# in the Dallas series in 05, parts of the Utah series in 07 and 08, and definitely against GSW in 2018 being the worst. Getting upset about tonight's officiating is crying wolf by comparison.

Don't have to be at the end of game, because like in game 3, even when we led in 1st half, we didn't have momentum. Not only did our guys didn't go to the line (and they were driving), but tick tack fouls got called on Rockets defense. Fans hate flopping (on both sides), but if fooling the refs is our only recourse, then ya know. It is what it is. An expendable enforcer, who you could put in that you could afford to foul out and get ejected. If the other team is playing dirty, send the enforcer in for a message.
We played with less urgency and pace in the second half but refs were absolute garbage and should not have influenced such a close margin
The refs it looks like are trying to call the game like they would for the home team. So some of this is business as usual. What the Rox have got to do is take advantage of their mismatches like Jeff Green getting the ball in the pick n roll and not Gordon shooting ill advised threes
Refs don't make Rockets miss three, but if players is frustrated on the defensive end, it carries over to the offensive end. CP3 wasn't that lights out earlier on, after a few trips to the line he warmed up.

refs also wont let harden be physical on defense like the defender is being physical on him. THATS A PROBLEM
If Danuel House, Jr. could just hit two consecutive FTs, we'd be sitting on a 3-0 lead right now, refs or no refs.
Look up the definition of the word "rape" and tell me how that applies to officiating. You're probably going to reply with "hurr durr rape and 'screw' are the same thing," so I'd advise you to look up the definition of the word "screw" as well. That word at least fits what you're trying to say. Point is, just use "screw" next time. No need to use the word "rape."
I missed the first quarter but from what I saw if House made both free throws or if we had inbounded the ball we would have won the game so the refs didn’t do a great job of screwing us.
Like i know we could have played better , but the refs beat us . they got into our heads and they got into our heads by being really bad for us like the whole game . And harden has dealt with this **** before . We've been able to keep our cool before ( and also not sometimes ) . The fact that the team was losing it was evidence of how bad some of the calls were . Id like to shoot better too . But what if our percentage was effected because we were missing fg that should have been called fouls. Why would harden or gordon at this point TRY to go for the foul ( with the reputation they have ) ? Im not distraught about losing the game since the circumstances and stakes are lower .. but in terms of pure screw jobs and being pissed off at how poorly the game was officiated ( and fairness etc ) this was really bad.... maybe im wrong and it wasnt that bad .... but ive never seen that blatant for that long. edit @ kingcheetah @J.R. Did yall really think we played bad. IMO we had one bad quarter , the 4th quarter . We played really well the first half and OK in the third. Yes we were still in it at the end , and could have overcome and closed. To me , thats not playing bad , we just didnt play perfect . We didnt play perfect the first 2 games either .. but the refs didnt spot the other team 20 points in the first half in those games. The first quarter ( outside of last minute ) was actually the best we've played all playoffs. The best thing to do woulve been to play with less energy and let OKC naturally stay close to you so the refs dont help them as much ? It absolutely got in everyone's head.
Get on the refs good side a bit. Not a good sign when they don't review a man's jewels getting assaulted. In a perfect world, a fair ref would just do their job. But we don't live in a perfect world. Refs have feelings and egos. Don't have to be super buddy, but enough where they would at least hear your plea. You don't want them to despise you so much that they don't even you give that chance. Some of them may be inept but they're in driver's seat during those 48 minutes.
Maybe we should just throw the ball at the refs groin. They proved that its a perfectly legitimate play.
Every fking year it happens like clockwork, as another poster earlier said. Every game we lose in playoffs is because of refs. Give me a break, do we have any fully objective fans on this board? Do yall ever closely examine all the games we win the past several years, which is a large majority of the games we play??
