    BUT
    The last 96 minutes of playoff play is exactly what we saw from the 2018 team- a dominant team, with 65 wins, and one hamstring away from unseating GSW at their peak. That team would always find ways to win even when their shots weren't falling. Multiple key players could have off nights and they would still find a way to win. That's what we're seeing here. Utterly stifling defense.

    I think the spirit of 2018 has been rekindled.

    Damn right he is....looks like coach D’Antoni may earn himself another contract. The thing I love about this team is the confidence our guys play with.... they have each other’s back and it brings out the best in each other. Who woulda thought Ben Mac and house would come through like this? I didnt.... I think russ has brought out the swag in our boys.... I loved seein our team rooting from the bench...they look like a big family..

    It looked really really good, and hopefully that's what we are seeing. But this is a team that hasn't shown this level of defense throughout an entire game. Remember, they gave up 61 points in the first half alone. OKC is a good team, but they aren't elite given their age and weaknesses.

    Frankly, I am not sure any team in the NBA is playing at an elite level right now.

    Let's see if the Rockets can continue this level of defensive intensity and low turnovers. If they do, then I do think the sky's the limit.

    Interesting that PJ did not say 9 guys, or 10 guys, hell even 11 guys, he went all the way to 12 friggin guys.

    Is this team deeper than we realize?

    OKC starting 5 is statistically the most efficient 5 in the NBA.

    OKC was the team with hottest and longest winning streak right before season interrupted.

    Rockets are just THIS good right now.

    True , always gotta keep perspective.

    But the level of KIller-Instinct we've shown so far ( WITHOUT WB ) is pretty nasty
