When will Trumps followers realize they are just being used and abused? I’m guessing never.

How did anybody think this would end well?

The incompetence around Trump is mind boggling, this is only the 1st shoe to drop.

I don’t know if anyone cares but Bannon was aboard a $35,000,000 yacht off the coast of Connecticut when he was arrested. Maybe he was giving pointers to Faldwell, IDK?

What’s interesting is that no one seems to be coming to Bannon’s defense. Bannon may be up a creek without a paddle.

They know, and they don't mind. As long as Trump still throws immigrant children in cages, they are happy no matter how much he and his people steal from them.

    Guess who owned that yacht?

The boat, the Lady May, is owned by Guo Wengui, one of China’s most wanted fugitives, who is wanted in Beijing on fraud, blackmail and bribery charges, according to the Washington Post.

Why did the USPS arrest him? I haven't paid much attention, to be honest, but it seemed odd.

No one seems to know yet. Didn't seem like a Postal Service case...but, they must have been helping investigate some part of it.

Steve Bannon might be the one Trump guy who thinks he’s actually the head honcho and Trump is his B. He’s already thrown Trump under the bus many times and I’m sure he’ll do it again this time just for kicks.

There’s no way in hell Trump didn’t get something out of this scheme. No way. And that chicken will come home to roost at some point I’m sure. But Bannon has that leverage over Trump now to get a pardon.

I bet Bannon doesn’t think for a minute he’ll spend a day in prison. He’ll do everything he can to leverage Trump into pardoning him even if it hurts him further in the election.

Mail fraud and wire fraud are federal crimes in the United States that involve mailing or electronically transmitting something associated with fraud. Jurisdiction is claimed by the federal government if the illegal activity crosses interstate or international borders

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Postal_Inspection_Service

Fraud: These types of investigation involve crimes that use the mails to facilitate fraud against consumers, business and government. Federal statutes that surround these types of investigations include, mail fraud, and other criminal statutes when they are tied to the mails such as bank fraud, identity theft, credit card fraud, wire fraud, and Internet/computer fraud. Mail fraud is a statute that is used in prosecuting many white collar crimes, this would include, Ponzi schemes, 419 frauds, and other white collar crimes where the mail was used to facilitate the fraud including public corruption (under the "Honest Services" provision of the federal fraud statutes). In the 1960s and 70s, inspectors under regional chief postal inspectors such as Martin McGee, known as "Mr. Mail Fraud," exposed and prosecuted numerous swindles involving land sales, phony advertising practices, insurance ripoffs and fraudulent charitable organizations using mail fraud charges.[7] McGee is credited with assisting in the conviction of former Illinois Governor Otto Kerner on mail fraud charges.[8]
