Possible...but I like what happened in Game 1 at least. If AD doesn't become as advertised, LeBron did a triple double with...25? pts. Not like he's going to hugely elevate from that for all the rest of the games. Needs others to step up more.
Umm, rockets history and I'm not even talking about big game James either. Most youngsters don't remember.
Anthony Davis is a terrible model of the superstar player. Doesn't play defense, can't shoot. I don't even understand ad right now. The guy is like a Dwight Howard minus the defense Dwight had.
Dude was voted to be on an NBA All-Defensive team 3 times. Dude led the NBA in blocks 3 times. And you're saying he doesn't play defense? Lol ok.
I go by what I see on the court. He is not a defensive anchor. Consider Ben Wallace, he isn't close to that level, or Tim Duncan or Mutumbo. He was good at Kentucky, but he also had mkg. People see how athletic he is, with long arms and assume he is a lockdown defender, which he isn't.
Ben Wallace: 4x DPoY. Dikembe Mutombo: 4x DPoY Tim Duncan: made an NBA All-Defensive team 15 times. Sure, AD isn't a defensive anchor. But literally no one is saying he's on the level of those 3. That doesn't mean he "doesn't play defense." That's like saying Damian Lillard or Lou Williams aren't good offensive players because they haven't led the league in scoring.
Laker fans are insufferable...what makes it worse is that there’s so many of them in Houston always talking sh*t please let them lose again tonight
lol silver won't let them Portland @ L.A. Lakers Tony Brothers (#25) Bill Kennedy (#55) Dedric Taylor (#21) Mark Lindsay (#29)
Going to be another low scoring game it looks like. If we’re playing d like we have been and shoot at little higher clip than the Okc series I’m not worried about either one of these teams. I may actually be less concerned about the lakers.
NBA is turning into a 1st quarter league. Team that wins it, typically wins the game. Heard JVG say it. Looks to be true.
CJ McCollum ordered 85 bottles of wine to his room? I love a good glass of red wine myself, but damn.
Wow, if Lillard has his room at 50 degrees when he is away and 60 degrees when he is in his room, he must have had a maintenance engineer come in and reset the thermostat. Most hotel rooms have set their thermostats to not go lower than 62 degrees.
