    I agree!! This is a huge reason the GOP has turned me into never wanting to vote for anyone from that party again. Their flexing their muscles over the Democrats in limiting what lockdowns and enforcements, precautions, testings, tracing...etc. has been a deadly and dangerous game.

    The ignorance and hoax cries started far too early, but the game turned deadly across the south when they began lifting restrictions without meeting any guidelines, and the no mask stance for months led by their chosen one.

    1st day students are back and a shocking number have opted for online instruction.

    Kids are wearing mask and not complaining which is huge so far, but looked into one class and neither the teacher nor the students were wearing mask and they were not 6 feet apart, The teacher has to be the one letting this happen.

    All those Trump voters that believed this con artist when he said it's fine to open schools now have to deal with the headache that it has become. That's the one silver lining in this. School openings have gone disastrously and it has backfired for Trump and all of the republicans.

    It doesn't help much when the Superintendents disagree with county health officials' guidelines.

    According to the article the superintendents were from Clear Creek, Cy-Fair, Deer Park, Huffman, Humble, Katy, Klein, Pasadena, Spring Branch and Tomball ISDs. Combined, the districts serve about 457,000 students.

    *The guidelines are a suggestion, but not required. I wonder if they will follow them.
