    I think to twist something good he is doing to help kids that struggle with the same problems he did as a child into a perverted twist is just ridiculous.

    Actually in its tamest and most innocent way, for a politician, this is pandering. You're acting like it's noble to pander. He doesn't actually spend time helping these kids, or he'd be showing you videos of it. This is more likely a cover for some time he gave a kid his number and didn't realize he was in public and he probably didn't know who he was talking to or where he was. He's got Alzheimer's disease.

    Joe said he gave his private number to a group of kids that stutter and kept in regular contact with them. Stuttering is a major embarrassment for kids and for someone that high up to talk to, kudos to him.
