I think we are 1-2 pure shooters away sadly.
Maybe we can get by without. But..... it’s going to be tough.

 

McMahon forgot about forcing turnovers.

 

Nope how could we. We had a big that couldn't shoot 3s at the five. The point is you want your lane to be completely clear....no bigs down there ja c king up spacing...Double down is ur 5 can shot 3s. Thats the full version of small ball pace n space. Now we get to see if it can truly work

 

I think mac n gordon are pure shooters. I think we good. Fact is I have more confidence in these shooters over 2017 shooters

 

I liked "D." That was pretty amazing. I may be getting jaded about his passing, though. He doesn't do those long on target bombs nearly as often as his unreal assists.

 

He used to do full court passes more back in years past but he has been picking his spots this season to keep turnovers down.

Harden tweaks his game in so many different ways.

 

Glad someone else noticed that...as cool as those passes where they can lead to turnovers. I too like the fact he been making a effort to cut down on turnovers he even said so in his presser yesterday.

Many forget that this new system or evolution of MDA/Morey system creates opportunities via the turnover.

Limiting our own turnovers is flipside of that equation. This is part that people sleep on with how the team has changed.

 

Yep thats why I've always liked our iso heavy offense. The balls in one of the best Decision makers in the league. Cuts down on the others having to make plays n turn it over

 

Bulk of Rockets turnovers have come from our other ballhandler, not Harden.

Expect that to continue even without Russ.

Limiting this will be key.
