Green IS Rockets X-Factor.

Decent article but ignores Green's OKC connection completely.

 

I'm ok with Green off the bench simply cuz if you add him to the starting 5, you're down to only BMac as your true offensive threat who is a complete unknown in the playoffs. Would rather have at least 1 reliable player off the bench - someone that's got experience in the finals.

But to preserve PJ and maximize Harden vs. doubles then Green needs to play more than 22 mins.

And he should be in the closing lineup.

If McLemore would just stop jumping when defending, that would cut his fouls by half if not more.

Other than Gallo, Rockets may be better off forming a wall at top of FT line because OKC is really bad from beyond the arc.

I'm pretty certain we will win this series but am concerned about CP3 playing dirty and injuring one of our guys. He's got it in him to do that, especially when he's out for revenge for shipping him to OKC.

 

Not only do I agree with Green starting at the 5, I would slide PJ down to the 3. This way he doesn't get worn out defending the post. He can stay out on the perimeter with James and Ben.
