Gotta get that run back. Good work by my man, even though an ER as an Astro was bound to happen. Really need Pressly to lock it down.
Never thought I'd be this excited just to hit 500, but yes! Pressly looks completely locked in. Domestic issues aside I'e loved him way more than Osuna, Pressly's "stuff" is FAR more electric and overpowering. Really hope Tucker can eventually figure it out.
Pressly, Altuve and James all showed good signs tonight. James may not need to be a factor, but we're gonna need Pressly and Tuve. Some things are finally starting to fall into place
No way that is real. Right? Like no effort put in by the "artist". I could have done a better one with a toy car motor attached to a pen with some Indian ink.
Jose Altuve went into Dusty Baker's office this afternoon and asked Baker to move him down in the lineup. "I’m not helping the club right now at the top of the lineup," Baker said Altuve told him.
Good on Altuve for recognizing it and doing it for the good of the team. The love of the game. The grass on the field.
It's like de ja vu. Giants big lead going into the 9th and the guy who screwed up last night screwed up again.
Gabe Kapler is a terrible manager, don't know why the giants hired him after he flamed out in Phily doing absolutely nothing.
Wow, the Giants gave up 5 runs in the 9th yesterday and 4 runs today. That's gotta be something for the record books for a team to blow 9th inning leads like that in back to back games.
Same guy looked good against the 'stros earlier this home stand. A's just riding a tremendous streak right now, hope they have a regression at some point. 2 blown saves away from being just 2.5 games back, hard pill to swallow, but still 40 games to go.
Yeah I was looking at the guys stats to see if he was their closer or if he was any good. I saw recent games and noticed before last night, it was against the Astros. Saw 1 inning pitched, 0 hits 0 runs. I was like hmmmm well then.
