Take Kawhi off that Raptors team and they ARE 2nd seed in the East.

Exactly the same 2nd seed they were last season when Kawhi was on the team.

    How convenient.

Bro, he beat Philly with Embiid, Simmons and Butler, and the MVP on the highest win team in basketball. Last year isn't the time to use the easy East excuse.

The Bulls lost the arguable GOAT and still finished 3rd in the East. Right?

    Did they win a title?

Replace Dream with MJ and Olajuwon wins 8 straight titles with Bulls and Phil Jackson, Pippen, Rodman/Horace Grant, Paxson/Kerr, Kukoc.

    What is your point?

Are you saying Harden on last season's Raptors win it all?

    Yes, I agree with you.

Harden on this season's Clippers team wins it all too.

    Easily.

I'm simply refuting your points/excuses for why Kawhi has done something Harden hasn't at this moment.

Ok, well that's a blindly, ridiculously biased way of making that assessment, so let's call it a day lol.

    Thanks.

It's a simple concept: not all titles are equal.

When you say Kawhi has won a title, you are baking in the assumption that there is a standard. That the word "title" means all of them are equal. But I certainly do not consider Kawhi's title on par with anyone else, he played the worst NBA Finalist I have ever witnessed in my life.

I don't consider that equivalent to Hakeem or Dirk's titles. I don't consider it equivalent to Jordan's titles, Curry's first title, etc. These are not all equal.

So when you say Kawhi has done something Harden hasn't done "win a title" you are just childishly misusing a word. What did Kawhi do to win that title? Can Harden do that?

Of course he can. Kawhi has a couple of the easiest titles any superstar has, he's in that boat with Kevin Durant. Hakeem of course is on the opposite spectrum.

Harden's will be difficult because the path is likely to be: OKC, LAL, LAC, MIL. He will have started the playoffs without Westbrook, the only team in the league missing a star from the bubble.

It is befuddling how even our own fans do not appreciate this man.

I still remember the Finals drought since 1994, before Harden snapped it in 2014.

So many heartbreak losses in 1st round before Harden.

I think Clutch is underestimating our ability to win a dog fight, which I think is the most likely scenario in this series. Both teams are going to go apesh*t on defense. It's going to be an ugly series, and we'll win it. I think this series is more about making tough shots than making open ones.
