I bet old trump has a mathematical equation and value is a lot lower than anyone would think. Certainly human life is secondary to getting the economy running and to the constitutional right not to wear a mask.

Easy - the American people are not used to pandemics like other nations such as those in the EU and Asia which seem to be hotbeds for pandemics. The citizens of those countries know the drill and mask wearing and other measures are second nature.
