phx will take a pretty nice step in improvement after this resume season is over. They've come into this playing very well and look very much improved as a team. Guys are looking much more comfortable in certain roles. Booker is playing much better as their leader and impacting winning rather than empty stats that we're used to seeing.
Even if Bucks weren't going hard against the Nets, they were going hard against the Rockets, don't let anyone tell you different. The cool thing about the tweet is the Nets got to pick the brain of the Rockets who were just chillin by the pool. The Bubble is a cool interesting place not the hellscape some thought it was going to be a couple months ago, lol.
i didn't say they weren't going hard. all their backups that played were playing hard. I watched the whole thing. those guys wanted to win. but that's the point. the nets played their backups which is pretty much the reason why they were able to win today
This Suns team is annoying, lol. Cameron Payne is giving the Suns good minutes; picked up off the street.
If the team is playing the backups they're not going hard, they aren't serious. People want to say Bucks have nothing to play for so that was the reason they lost to the Rockets. Dont let them trick you, Bucks wanted to win against the Rockets and they lost. Brooklyn probably doesn't win without the tips by the pool from the Rockets even if they weren't playing the starters.
Why are you talking about the rockets? It has nothing to do with. don't see how that has anything to do with what I said. Just because they played their backups, in no way means the bucks didn't play hard or weren't serious. They absolutely were into the game, emotional, hustling and all. It's actually pretty telling for Coach Bud to give guys who usually don't get minutes an opportunity to get a game in which they clinch the #1 seed. Did you even watch the game. If you actually did, I don't think I would need to tell you this especially when they were trying to climb back all game. The tips by the pool is a gimmick. They probably didn't even know the starters weren't gonna play.
Booker gonna be a problem if he plays like this. I can tell his mentality has changed a bit and give it a year or two, if he stays focused, he's going to be unguardable. I don't like him, seems like a smug *****, but yeah, elite talent.
Damn that was so smooth. Not sure why they just didn't milk Booker more, he's on fire and draining contested difficult shots like that. His handling is still about average...thankfully, otherwise there would be nothing you could do with him.
that's the scary part. as a scorer he's already a walking bucket with all the confidence in the world. as he continues improve being only 23, yeah big problem
i wish devin booker fell to the rockets in the 2015 draft, instead we got sam dekker at 18th. would be hardens klay thompson
