    With Trump this is no surprise. He already said publicly he would accept foreign help. This isn't an aberration in his presidency. This is the norm..

    there is zero chance Biden agrees to any debates

    I don't think this matters much, as it's baked into the cake for every voter that he is an empty vessel who will have some handlers making any decisions as POTUS
