the original article and video (IF PEOPLE WATCHED IT) was the business district

and the new video (IF PEOPLE WATCHED IT) says there's lots of available apartments.

$3200 is actually low if you live in that whacky real estate market

The non-99ers will NOT watch unless some boxing commentator named Max Kellerman is delivering the news.

Man those SF people don't think like 99ers
They drop 2 million on townhouse that looks like some thing from the Fifth Ward and are happy
For me, if I'm dropping 2 mill , I better have more than 1 bathroom and 1 car garage.

49ers don't EVEN PLAY IN SAN FRANCISCO!!

    They play in SANTA CLARA!

That's like the Houston Texans playing College Station!!

Kyle Field is BIGGER than Reliant Stadium bro. Texans are not good enough to play in College Station. The Oilers can play there if they want, 99'ers football team.

I have a friend in SF moving to LA just so he can have a 2-car garage. Lulz. Lots of the jobs there seem to be turning into remote-for-life jobs, enabling people to move anywhere. They're not dine with ghost tine.

In this thread: acolytes who worship at the altar of supply-and-demand religion chest thumping about how a place primarily known for being cheap is demonstrably superior to a place primarily known for being ultra expensive. LOL.

You are now all heathens and have defiled your religion.

99ers need garages for their whips!
Their f150 raptors don’t fit in those old ass San Francisco garages

new report confirms what many have been talking about for weeks: There is an exodus out of San Francisco, and the numbers are staggering.

Online real estate company Zillow released new statistics shining a stark light on the issue this week. Their "2020 Urban-Suburban Market Report" reveals that inventory has risen a whopping 96% year-on-year, as empty homes in the city flood the market like nowhere else in America.

I’m still here. It’s not perfect - local politics is a mess, wildfires are getting worse - but I like it better than the East Coast and Houston as a personal preference: job opps, network, progressive outlook, and yeah the climate, although this year has been super strange.

Homeless pop is a problem but mostly still concentrated in a few downtown areas... def feel it tho and it’s a tricky issue that has a lot to do w federal funding, healthcare costs, and a weak social safety net; and people are leaving but SF has always been a boom-bust town. Lots of biz school bros have moved here in the last decade for tech, so them leaving will make the city more livable for other folks.

I can understand why people are leaving, but that’s been part of the SF cycle since the Gold Rush.

at its best, SF is a marvelous city, stunning natural environment, spectacular restaurants, beautiful architecture, great museums and parks. everything you'd want in an urban environment.

but it's no longer at its best, and it only has itself to blame. people have voted for the choking traffic, sky high rent, and excrement covered streets. Covid has caused many people to realize they don't need to live with it, so it's unlikely get better as those who can afford to, move.

and for those who will ask, i was there in march.

outside of my price point and every time i’ve gone to a live game the Rockets have lost. So I do my trash talking at the pubs... or yelling to my neighbors now that we can’t go out.
