Republicans got wiped out in Minnesota in 2018. They lost every statewide election comfortably (although they've been losing those for a while now) and they lost 17 seats state house seats in the Twin Cities suburbs. The math is awful for Republicans at the moment if the suburbs vote that way again. And if Biden even recovers marginally in rural Minnesota, it'll turn into a blowout. The most recent polls in the RCP average for Minnesota have been D+5 (from a Republican pollster), D+13, and D+16. There was an earlier D+5 and D+12 poll as well. It's been all over the place but there's no way that Minnesota is more competitive than Wisconsin or Pennsylvania. Trump only wins Minnesota if he manages to win Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania first.
