Did you read the last line of YOUR post I quoted? I'll type it for you. After the first game you wrote "Springer is at .400".
For grins, I looked up Ken Griffey Jr's career statistics. There were some pretty wild OPS increases and drops year-to-year in his career. Here are the most heinous: .165 .051 .114 .072 .144 f'n cheater.
Springer still has to pick up the pace. He's leveled off significantly so far. Let's see what he can do tonight. Still -69. But I would like to see him get back to where he was.
This thread is like if you have two players who each hit 10 home runs. Player A hits all of his to dead center field, each one 405 feet and they barely clear the fence. Meanwhile Player B hits all of his to left field clearing the fence by plenty and each one traveling 405 feet. And someone comes into this thread insisting that Player B hits his home runs further.
It doesn't really "prove" anything, but if there was a similar video about the Astros... twitter would confirm it as fact that the team was making snuff films.
I’ve talked with him a bit and he’s on to some serious things. No this video doesn’t prove anything without someone coming forward to explain, but he’s got some people with real info in his corner. I think he’s going to be able to get some things out in the open. He’s very determined and there are people who want to help.
What you need to spend time doing is retweeting this around twitter and getting the conversation going on. It won't - LA, BOS and NY are allowed to cheat whether it be on the field or through payroll because of their marketing potential - but don't sell yourself short by withholding evidence.
A couple weeks ago I saw video on Tw of whistling before various pitches while Yankees were at the plate. It was just as damning as the trash can videos Jomboy put out there--unless they weren't legit? Did anyone else see that?
