Not supporting it (openly at least), but 100% excusing it. The anti-authoritarian guy excuses authoritarianism when it's done by the ChadDonald controlled gov, in a shocking turn of events. Personally, **** all forms of extreme authoritarianism. That being said, there's a clear difference in threat, at least in my mind, from a tiny, rogue and poorly group of citizens acting extremely authoritative (CHAZ/Malheur occupation) in comparison to government defense agents acting extremely authoritative, the difference in scalability and effectiveness seems immensely more dangerous.
There is a non-violent fix. It’s political, but it would be work. Cut the purse of the executive branch. If they funnel funds from the military, cut the military’s budget until it stops. The secret police won’t work for free.
