An Idiot and a Gun = Bad Outcome

    On the surface seems like there should be a laundry list of charges and a much higher bail -- not disagreeing just seems light at first glance for killing someone in the exact manner he stated.

    Yeah the charge could definitely be Second Degree. I have no qualms with that. And a citizen would have a higher bond; probably got a break because he’s law enforcement

    The witness told KHOU 11 that the suspect blocked two people on the freeway at two different times. Police say he accidently shot himself in an altercation on I-10.

    'Police say the man ended up shooting himself in the head after attempting to rob another driver.'
