On a side note... why is that everyone seems to have an opinion on blacks people and the issues surrounding ... and when a black person offers an opinion it is immediately discarded like they don’t know what the hell they are talking about.
“Whitesplaining” is a hell of a thing isn’t it? Oh the stories that I could tell about all the times it’s happened to me.
I have noticed it happens to women and black people... it is really offensive. I don’t think 95% of white people are even aware of it. It is this idea that this entitled White person can magically drop wisdom that some how applies to hundreds of million of people across the globe. It is so incredible demeaning and it makes the idiot offering advice look like a jackass. It also bothers me that it is a constant topic of conversation, like the plight of black people in America is talking about sports or the weather... it also distances the speaker from people that happen to be black.... and then we wonder why doctors do not respond the same to black patients voicing pain complaints and why child mortality among black mothers are higher.... we do not treat black people as PEOPLE, people that have different opinions and feelings and concerns and loves like every other Person on the planet.
