I think it’s when I correctly stated one more lib voter in the ground he took it as I was having a party with cake and ice cream ... there is stark melancholy in that statement. When a mayor makes bad decisions for people that would otherwise vote her way as a liberal, then how is that mayor truly serving her constituents?

A Drug Recognition Expert responded to the scene Saturday and performed field sobriety tests on Kelete, who was determined to not be impaired by alcohol. However, he did tell law enforcement personnel that he would be withdrawing from Percocet and had an untreated addiction, according to court documents.

Detectives searched Kelete's vehicle and found several devices commonly used to smoke illegal substances and a substance similar to crystal methamphetamine was also found, the court document said

If that's when they can get the freeway closed that is when they would protest. The fact that they were dancing shows they were doing something innocent and nonviolent.

And it was on a highway where cars can still go on . It was obviously not closed well.
And if it turns out that this dude was on Percocet and meth , then he should have been on the road alone until the police bust him for driving on the wrong side of the road

Obviously it wasn't closed well enough. And even if the driver wasn't on narcotics he shouldn't have been driving because he proved that he wasn't able to do it well.

He shouldn’t be driving while on drugs
But that’s impossible to stop especially at 130am
That’s why the police department said they can’t guarantee their safety and closed the highway down for everyone .

Driver charged for hitting, killing protester on I-5 pleads not guilty

“Summer Taylor’s and Diaz Love’s role in the nation-wide protests in support of Black Lives Matter should be admired, supported, and desired. If historic change is to happen in our country, which is absolutely necessary, it will be because of people like Summer Taylor and Diaz Love,” said Kelete’s attorney Megan M. Dunn.

Dawit Kelete has been part of the BLM protests.

“This tragic event was not a political act or statement. On behalf of Kelete and his family, we ask each of you to leave room for the fact that we witnessed a tragic accident and not a crime. We are at the beginning of our investigation and will produce a truthful and trustworthy defense,” said Kelete’s attorney Francisco A. Duarte.

Dawit Kelete is a kind, compassionate young man.

“As the legal process works its way through the court system, we ask that people refrain from posting hurtful comments by taking advantage of the anonymity of the internet. The families of the deceased and injured deserve compassion and love at this difficult and agonizing time,” said Eritrean Association Chairman Isaac Araya.
