He's actually sitting Orlando out due to a child custody issue. Sucks for the Blazers, and Trevor of course.
If he’s healthy (which he HAS to be by now), I like our chances. He’s immediately our best post defender.
What I like is that DAntoni does trust him, so he may actually make the rotation. If he is healthy (HUGE IF), a line up of: Covington Tucker Luc Harden Westbrook Is going to be pretty damn good. I want to get my hopes up, but considering Luc has not really played professional basketball in about two years, I'm almost certain he will likely be a flop. Hell, I'm still excited if he proves us wrong.
It's not CF first love D-Mo but it is Luc. CF right now: Can we sign Luc?! Sign Luc! Morey pls Luuuuuuuuucccc! Any updates on Luc? Knee should be healthy by now! Shoulder should be healthy by now! Sign Luc already! Luc is back? LUC IS BACK?! Quit playing with my emotions. Luuuuuuuuucccc! THE key to a championship! Championship confirmed!
I cannot even begin to fully express how pumped I am about this. I want to find the video of Luc dancing in the middle of a Rockets circle.
Having not played much for a couple years off of recurring shoulder issues? Yeah! I dont see why not.
Anxious to see it too. Nvm the offense. It’s his defensive iq and versatility that’s much needed and will be his calling card above all else
I feel like when a player like this returns it is almost always a let down, and they never end up playing and cut relatively quickly. I don't think the rockets have ever brought back a player and had them return to anywhere near the level they were at before. Maybe Ariza his first year back (although his role was completely different)? That is all I can think of. Everyone usually ends up being some trade book end and that is all.
