People forget, two sides are not inherently equally apart from a center of morality. If one group is saying kill gays and blacks, and the other is pushing for more social programs, it's not a respect both groups equally situation despite the "Pro Trumps" being banned while the "left" gets "massively favorable treatment". The same way 4chan had to take a stand and ban pedos, it's understandable for reddit to take stands to ban those being blatantly racist and homophobic. I don't see Clutch picking sides in the DD but if I constantly attack someone for their sexuality or skin color I'm certain I will be banned, and that wouldn't make Clutch a "lib cuck" who's trying to censor the right, right? It's super ****ing sadistic that the right accepts racism and homophobia as apart of the agenda to the point to where if they get banned for these things online, it's fundamentally attacking "the right". "Free speech" just means the government cannot put you in jail or otherwise punish you for expressing an opinion. Individual people and companies are not required to put up with your bullshit.

It's a sad statement for our public schools that this many people think "freedom of speech" means "I get to say whatever I wanna and consequences will always be the same." It's already been mentioned but conservative Parler bans it. Devin Nunes, Donald Trump, and other Republicans have taken measures to ban undesirable political speech.
You're right that silencing and censoring opposing viewpoints is often legal. Doesn't make it right. It would never enter my mind to want to try and stop any political views from being heard. But on the left, silencing The Donald is seen as good and necessary.
