    I don't think anyone is really opposed to this. Consumer Reports Magazine has been a shill for corporations for many years.

    This is not a surprise. It is pretty clear that Roberts is comfortable with rulings like this, as seen in the Citizen's United decision.

    While I do not agree with, I can understand the rationalization given.

    That's not what this is. This is about the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau that was created in 2008 due to the financial crisis. Consumer Reports magazine is owned by Consumers Union, a non-profit.
