What laws should be passed in wake of riots and police brutality across the nation?

The immediate rage and fear people show towards police is a direct result of how they treat people and it's been brewing for decades.

Me personally, I don't even like people to begin with. I don't want to interact with anyone in public any given day. So the idea of some state sanctioned, uneducated, low-life with a gun approaching me is a nuisance.

I'm so glad we're on our way to reform.
