I won't change my mind that it's stupid and unnecessary.

And it's not just Elmer, Yosemite Sam too has no gun.

There has been zero evidence that removing guns from cartoons has stopped gun violence.

I guess I dont understand the other side of the equation - the great loss for the children of the world that occurs when they choose not to include them in the prop library. How are they permanently and materially affected other than you saying, "its different than it used to be when I was a kid"?

And if that is that important, they changed the art style and they're all made in some East Asian computer lab instead of being painstakingly drawn by hand. That's a pretty big difference, too.

I grew up watching those shows .... glued to the TV on Saturday morning laughing my ass off.

I never shot anyone .... never blew anyone up and didn't jump off a cliff or strap rockets to roller skates.

Now my little brother .... he thought he was Superman. Strapped on his cape and jumped off the roof thinking he could fly - broke his leg. He was about 6. Lesson learned .... The hard way.

You haven't lived until you've shot someone in the face with a black powder musket.

    I’ve watched some episodes recently
the animation looks pretty good and close to the hand drawn old cartoons

this is better than the trash CGI on the clone wars that looks like PS2 graphics

The #1 Podcaster , Joe Rogan made it a topic on his show

Joe Rogan and his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience (JRE), accumulated over 2.8 billion views over its 11-year existence, with the majority of it coming in more recent years.

I have listened to Joe Rogan in the past - usually has an interesting perspective - except when he was taking the side of Tulsi haha

Elmer Fudd gun removal may have saved a life, if it wasn't for Elmer Fudd them kids would have gone to purchase a firearm before pulling up and acting like thug criminals....
