We need more of this on both sides of the political spectrum. You had an opinion based on limited information. You did more research, and changed your opinion. That is how it is supposed to work........ instead we have people afraid to admit their mistakes or change their opinions.
I completely agree with you. Studying journalism in college taught me the importance of fact checking information, looking at things from multiple perspectives, and adjusting my conclusions as warranted. I also learned the quality of the source matters, too, and when multiple reputable sources are saying the same thing, the news is likely true. I also believe in being transparent at all times (I hate trolling on message boards like this), and, to me, it’s a sign of maturity and integrity to admit you were wrong as new information presents itself. None of us are perfect, after all.
2 characteristics I want from a leader. 1. Ability to admit when they are wrong 2. Awareness of their weaknesses
How many people have seen Dirty Money Trump on Netflix? It really breaks down How Trump has only developed 2 properties and every other thing he tried went to ****. How he lost all that money in the 90's Essentially Trump was elected because of the Apprentice, never knew that show impacted people that much. How Trump University was a huge scam, I knew this but it was essentially a pump and dump. How needy for attention he has all ways been. This is 2017 and it has aged very well.
I would support a single 8 year term if they made it easier to remove a President from office. Elections are wastes of money.
Also, Trump projects. If he is accusing a foreign entity interfering in the upcoming election, he most likely knows of one working in his favor. Trying to think of a country....
trump's internal polling must tell the same story as the external polls... its looking bleak for trump, so he is stepping up the attacking on our election processes including absentee and mail-in ballots. I guess he sees his only hope is to suppress voting and in the process give himself an excuse for contesting the results post election.
Anyone that works for Fox News or OAN should be ashamed of themselves as a human being. It’s one thing for a media network to have a slight liberal or conservative bias, it’s completely different to lose all objectivity. The media is expected to report the facts and let them tell the story, not act like a PR firm for either party.
